Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation provides a supportive space where couples can work through disagreements with the guidance of a neutral mediator. The mediator is there to listen, help both sides feel heard, and to assist in keeping discussions productive towards a fair resolution.

Mediation can be particularly effective for couples who are committed to cooperative problem solving and open dialogue. Rather than letting conflict escalate, mediation encourages productive conversations in the interest of yielding agreements that feel fair to both sides.

Divorce mediation also empowers couples to take charge of their separation in a way that’s faster, less costly, and far less stressful than a prolonged courtroom battle. Mediation protects your privacy, saves you time and money, and helps preserve a sense of respect and control during one of life’s most difficult transitions.

How does mediation actually work?

Following your initial consultation and intake, the actual mediation sessions are held virtually with you, your spouse, and Lauren.

During each one hour session, Lauren will guide an open dialogue that will allow you and your spouse to freely discuss and work through each of the essential topics at hand.
