Lauren Predmore is the founder and owner of Compass Mediation Services LLC and Small Town Notary LLC, where she helps individuals and couples navigate divorce with clarity, compassion, and confidence. With more than 15 years of legal experience as a paralegal, Lauren combines extensive knowledge of family law procedures with a practical, client-centered approach that helps clients move through the divorce process as efficiently and peacefully as possible.
Lauren is a New York State Part 146 Court Approved Mediator and a New York State Certified Paralegal specializing in divorce mediation, uncontested divorce services, separation agreements, and legal document preparation. She works closely with clients to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process, providing education, organization, and support every step of the way.
Committed to excellence and lifelong learning, Lauren has recently earned the Certified Divorce Specialist® (CDS®) designation to further expand her expertise and provide clients with an even more comprehensive understanding of the legal, financial, emotional, and practical aspects of divorce. She believes that well-informed clients make better decisions and that a respectful, solutions-focused process can help families achieve more positive outcomes.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren is a dedicated parent, entrepreneur, and active member of her community. She is passionate about making quality divorce services more accessible and helping families transition with confidence and hope.
